How does Floragram work?


We want to make the gesture of giving of flowers more spontaneous and affordable, and really easy for you to organise!

For $29 we offer one unique bunch for you to send across Adelaide, including delivery.

Our morning kicks off early, with a visit to the flower market to find the best quality and most interesting bunch of the day. Sometimes this involves choosing a mix of flowers, working with lots of colour, grouping one variety in a sweet posy or finding that single, beautiful stem.

We then arrange those flowers into gorgeous bunches, finish them off with gift wrap and ribbon, and deliver them to your lucky recipient. 

Currently, Floragram offers delivery Wednesday - Friday.

Where does Floragram deliver to?


We currently deliver to 190+ suburbs across Adelaide, South Australia.

Can I specify a delivery time?


We deliver between 8:30am and approximately 5:30pm, depending on how many orders on the day. As a result, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery requests. 

If you would like to provide any additional instructions, please do so in the 'Delivery Notes' section of your order form and we will try our best to accommodate them.

Deliveries to business addresses will be completed before 5:00pm.


How do I look after my Floragram?


To keep your flowers healthy and looking beautiful we recommend the following:

  • Keep flowers in a cool environment and out of direct sunlight

  • Top up the water level daily - they can get quite thirsty!

  • Every two days, change the vase water and trim 2 cms off the bottom of the stems

  • When trimming the stems, cut them on a sharp angle as this creates a larger surface area for them to drink through


How long will the flowers last?


Each flower variety has a different life span, ranging anywhere from 3 - 12 days. We put a lot of effort into finding the freshest blooms, though unfortunately nature can sometimes be unpredictable. If you have any concerns about your flowers, please contact us via our Contact page within 48 hours of receiving them.


What happens if no one is there to receive the flowers?


If there is somewhere safe to leave the flowers we will do so - weather permitting. If you are aware of any locked gates or intercom systems at the property please provide as many delivery instructions as possible, including the recipient's phone number.

In a situation where there is no one to receive the flowers and nowhere safe to leave them, we will contact the sender.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address and details. If you have supplied an incorrect address we will do our best to re-deliver to the correct address on the same day, although this cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the circumstances this may also incur a small additional fee.
